Losing weight does not mean that you have to give up the foods that you love to eat. You have your choice of a regular Balanced Diet and for those with protein in mind, a High Protein Diet.

You will feel the healthy difference as your body begins to respond to the regular consumption of these nutritious foods along with your regular exercise program.

Water is an important part of every diet, and is essential to healthy weight maintenance. We suggest you drink 8 - 12 ounces of water 6 - 8 times daily.
